• Use a feed to manage your listings and integrate with Zumper

Yes, your plan allows you up to your approved number of active listings at any given time. If your current active listings are at your limit, you’ll need to swap out a listing by archiving an active property.

Using our Zumper Manage tool, leads are associated with the email address and phone number you used to create the account. Leads are also delivered through our in-app messaging product.

No matter your inventory source, you can add ‘guests’ to a conversation allowing other email addresses to respond to a renter. If you use a feed or syndication provider, lead delivery can vary. We recommend you reach out to your syndication provider’s support team for any questions regarding your lead delivery.

After successfully creating your Zumper Manage Account and purchasing a premium plan, you will receive a confirmation email that your account can publish additional listings.

If you opted to use a feed or syndication provider to post your listings, our team will contact you by email to help integrate your feed. Feed integration may take up to 2 business days.

When you purchase a plan, all of the listings published up to your plan amount will automatically receive promoted placement in the search results. Your listings will also receive a 'verified' badge visible on the public listing page.

You can also check the top right corner of your Zumper Manage Account for the "Premium Account" badge.

Upon signing up for a Listing plan, you will be billed upfront for the first month, and the payment method on file will be charged on a recurring basis on the same day every month until cancellation.

To cancel your plan, email directlistings@zumper.com before the start of your next billing cycle. You can also submit a cancellation request from the account settings in your Zumper Manage account.
